My aim is to help you become your happiest and healthiest self, especially during the midlife years when many of us have forgotten how to include ourselves on the ‘to do’ list.

As a busy working mum myself, navigating the joys of menopause and life’s twists and turns, I understand the constant struggle of putting ourselves first.  However, prioritising our weight and health becomes even more important as we move through life.  

How many times have you embarked on a new diet or health kick, only to find that it’s too hard’ or ‘boring’ to stick to?   Or, maybe you’re finding that what used to work wonders in your 20s and 30s no longer appears to be working (I completely get this!).

Has this left you constantly ‘starting again on a Monday’, feeling like ‘what’s the point?’, or believing that complete restriction is the only answer?

Through my personalised coaching I will show you how ‘dieting’ or ‘eating healthily’ doesn’t have to be boring, repetitive or restrictive.  By making small improvements to your diet and lifestyle you can include the foods you love (within reason smile) whilst successfully losing weight, and more importantly, keeping it off.

I love what I do and I am passionate about encouraging you to practise self-compassion and treat yourself kindly.   Let’s move away from avoiding social events, photos, mirrors and wardrobes to embracing a new-found confidence.  It’s hard enough already, we don’t need to make it any harder for ourselves!

Embrace your starting point:

Enjoy your food without restriction:

Rather than fixating on what you can’t have, shift your focus to what you can add to your diet.  There’s no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods and adding nourishing choices to your meals can help satisfy cravings and prevent overeating.

Be kind to yourself:

Your worth isn’t determined by a number on a scale, or the amount of steps you’ve taken.  I want to move you away from the constant rollercoaster of emotions ….. constantly feeling guilty ….. constantly thinking about what you “can’t do”. It’s exhausting, and quite frankly life is too short to feel this way!
